Jackson is a partner at Reilly, McDevitt & Henrich, P.C. and is a legal analyst for the local CBS affiliate in Philadelphia, PA.
Jackson is a litigator with 18 years of trial experience. He has tried close to 100 jury trials to verdict in state and Federal Courts in Pennsylvania, New York, and the Virgin Islands.
Jackson began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx, New York, where he completed numerous jury trials. After several years he became a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the U.S. Virgin Islands handling major cases including homicides, assaults, money laundering investigations and led other narcotics-related criminal investigations & prosecutions in both the Federal and territorial courts.
Jackson eventually relocated to Philadelphia and focused his practice on personal injury defense cases for Allstate Insurance Company and currently handles complex toxic tort cases for Reilly Janiczek & McDevitt. He serves on the Board of Directors for Widener University School of Law’s Alumni Association and the Sickle Cell Anemia Disease Association of America, Philadelphia-Delaware Valley Chapter.
Since 2003, Jackson has lectured at Widener University School of Law’s Intensive Trial Advocacy Program. Jackson was selected to Super Lawyers for 2015 to 2019. He has also served as a contributing editor to Law Rules Publishing’s, Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure a study guide for law students. He is also the Vice Polemarch of the Philadelphia Alumni (NE) Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi®
